Oyster mushrooms in cheese and egg shell

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 160 g cheese, grated (Emmentaler)
  • some salt
  • 250 g oyster mushrooms
  • Butter for frying

 

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs and mix with the grated cheese.
  2. Mix everything with a hand blender and season with a little salt.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan.
  4. Clean the oyster mushrooms, remove thick stems and pull them through the cheese and egg mixture with a fork.
  5. Immediately add to the pan and fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.

 

Serving tip: A mixed salad with balsamic dressing goes perfectly with this.
