2. General
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to the sale and delivery of goods from our company. By activating the checkbox in the shopping cart before placing the order (“I have read and accepted the T&Cs”), the customer agrees to these terms.
Our offers are non-binding. An order placed by a fully capable customer (18 years or older) is considered an offer to conclude a purchase contract. A purchase contract is only concluded upon delivery of the goods, sending of an order confirmation, or another declaration of acceptance. All offers presented on the website are valid only while stocks last.
3. Contract Language
Contract processing and all further information are provided exclusively in German.
4. Prices
The prices listed include statutory VAT and any applicable shipping costs. These will be displayed in the shopping cart before the contract is concluded and recorded in the order confirmation.
Any export or import duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
- Customers outside the EU: No VAT, but national import duties apply.
- Entrepreneurs within the EU: No Austrian VAT with the presentation of a VAT number; VAT is to be paid in the home country.
Invoices are issued in euros.
5. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts from the receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an unambiguous statement (e.g., by post or email) to:

You may use the attached standard withdrawal form for this purpose.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
All payments received will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds may be withheld until we have received the goods or proof of their return.
6. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa via Stripe): Charge will occur within one week.
- Prepayment: Payment within one week of order confirmation.
- Cash Payment: Only in euros.
- PayPal
- SOFORT Bank Transfer
7. Default in Payment
In case of late payment, we are entitled to charge default interest in accordance with legal regulations.
8. Reminder and Collection Fees
In the event of late payment, even without fault, the customer is obliged to pay appropriate and proportional reminder and collection fees.
9. Default in Acceptance
In case of default in acceptance (for businesses), we reserve the right to charge storage fees of €0.10 per calendar day.
10. Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods delivered until full payment has been made.
11. Data Protection
Your data will only be used for processing your order. Further details can be found in our privacy policy.
12. Warranty, Liability, Guarantee
The statutory warranty period is 24 months from the receipt of the goods.
13. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. For consumers, mandatory national consumer protection provisions of the EU apply.
14. Place of Fulfillment for Business Transactions
The place of fulfillment for all services under the contract is our business location.
15. Copyright
All messages, graphics, and the design of our website are intended solely for the personal information of our customers and are copyright protected.

17. Delivery
Delivery is made by post or package delivery service.
If not all ordered items are immediately available, the available items will be sent immediately, and the rest will be delivered as soon as they are available.
However, shipping costs are only charged once per order, even for partial deliveries.
The risk of accidental loss and deterioration of the goods passes to customers with a residence in Austria upon handover of the goods to the transport company (does not apply to customers residing outside Austria).
18. Delivery Times
Delivery by us is subject to the condition that we are supplied correctly and on time and that the unavailability is not our fault. Unless otherwise agreed or indicated on the item, we will deliver promptly upon receipt of your order, subject to stock availability.
If the standard delivery time cannot be met, we will inform you automatically via email.
If the customer does not agree with the delayed delivery, they are entitled to withdraw from the contract without any restrictions.

20. Workshops
Registration: For all events, registration is required, which can be done either orally or in writing. Early registration ensures the event will take place.
Binding Nature of Registration: All types of registration are binding and oblige the payment of the participation fee, irrespective of participation, according to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation: Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the course. After this, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee will be charged. For cancellations 48 hours before the course starts, the full course fee is due. Substituting a participant is possible. A change of date can be made up to 7 days before the course begins.
In exceptional cases, different arrangements may be made.
Liability: Participation in the offered events is at your own risk. Neither the organizer nor the instructors assume any liability.
21. Storage of the Contract
The contract text will be stored with us and can be requested by you after the completion of the ordering process. You can print the order details immediately after submitting. To do so, you can either use the following page “Your Order” or the email “Receipt Confirmation.”
22. Miscellaneous
The contracting party waives the possibility of offsetting. However, this does not apply to consumers.
We recommend that any declarations, notices, etc., addressed to us – excluding defect notifications – be made in writing.
