Course content:
- Basics of mycology (= the science of mushrooms)
- Advanced knowledge of mushroom cultivation
- Setting up fruiting rooms
- Building technical equipment
- Preparing substrate for mushroom cultivation
- Discussing and applying methods for cultivating oyster mushrooms and various types of oyster mushrooms on straw
- Discussing methods for cultivating edible mushrooms on wood substrates
In this mushroom cultivation course, we will look at the technical equipment of the fruiting rooms, the setup of sterilization devices, and the production of mushroom cultivation substrates, as well as the working processes involved. Additionally, we will discuss how to run a mushroom cultivation business economically and the costs and challenges that you may encounter.
