Ingredients:
300 g oyster mushrooms
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lettuce
2 tomatoes
4 burger buns
BBQ sauce
Olive oil
Cheese
Salt
Method:
Tear the mushrooms into strips and place them in a baking dish.
Drizzle with BBQ sauce, a little olive oil, and salt to taste.
Let everything sit for about 15 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes
(fan-assisted 200°C).
Meanwhile, slice the burger buns, cheese, cucumber, lettuce, and tomatoes.
Once the mushrooms are ready, assemble the burgers as desired and briefly place them in the oven to melt the cheese slightly.
Serve the burgers on a plate. And voilà!
