Ingredients:
500 g oyster mushrooms
Marinade:
4 – 5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 – 2 garlic cloves
Ginger – approximately the size of a garlic clove
(1 tablespoon sake)
Coating:
75 g wheat flour
75 g corn starch
(Alternatively, 150 g pure corn flour can be used)
Preparation:
Chop and mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Marinate the mushrooms for about 30 minutes.
Mix the wheat flour and corn starch, then coat the marinated mushrooms in the mixture.
Fry the mushrooms in a pan with high-heat oil.
The mushrooms can be served with rice and optionally with teriyaki sauce and an Asian salad.
