Noodle Pan with Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients:

2 onions
500 g oyster mushrooms
200 g broccoli
200 g macaroni
2 tsp oil
2 – 4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp thyme
Salt & pepper

Method:

Peel and dice the onions.

Clean and chop the mushrooms.

Wash and chop the broccoli.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté the onions and broccoli.

Add the mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes.

Add the thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

Deglaze with 5-6 tbsp of water and soy sauce.

Bring everything to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain the pasta and mix it in with the mushrooms.
