Ingredients:
250 g oyster mushrooms
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp tomato purée
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp butter
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Thinly slice the garlic cloves and heat the olive oil in a pan.
Add the mushrooms in batches, briefly fry, remove, and set aside.
Melt the butter in the pan.
Stir in the garlic, gently fry, then add the remaining lemon juice.
Stir in the tomato purée, season with salt and pepper.
Return all the mushrooms to the pan, mix well, adjust seasoning, and serve.
