
250 g oyster mushrooms
1 head lettuce
2 carrots
1/2 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1 peppers
10 g chopped almonds
Mustard
Olive oil
herbal vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Herbs
For the mustard dressing, mix in a glass of mustard, olive oil and herb vinegar with a fork.
Mix well and refine with salt, pepper and herbs, if you like.
Wash the lettuce and divide into bite-sized pieces.
Add grated carrots, chopped cucumber, tomato and peppers and marinate with the mustard dressing.
Cut the fabrics organic oyster alice into stiffness, sauté in a pan with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Finally, the mushrooms are served on the salad, sprinkle finely chopped almonds on top and sweeten a little for the special taste experience with honey or date syrup.
