Pulled Oyster Mushroom Burger

ingredients:

  • 300 g oyster mushrooms
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 burger buns
  • Bbq sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Cheese
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Tear the mushrooms into strips, soak in with BBQ sauce, oil and salt.
  2. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C.
  3. Prepare rolls, cheese, cucumber, lettuce and tomatoes.
  4. Assemble everything as you like, briefly in the melted cheese oven.

 

Tip: Marinate the mushrooms beforehand for an intense taste. Perfect for fast burgers!
