Ingredients:
– 250 g oyster mushrooms
– 1 head of lettuce
– 2 carrots
– 1/2 cucumber
– 2 tomatoes
– 1 bell pepper
– 10 g chopped almonds
– Mustard
– Olive oil
– Herb vinegar
– Salt
– Pepper
– Herbs
Preparation:
For the mustard dressing, mix mustard, olive oil, and herb vinegar in a glass using a fork.
Blend well and refine to taste with salt, pepper, and salad herbs.
Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces.
Add grated carrots, finely chopped cucumber, tomatoes, and bell pepper, then marinate with the mustard dressing.
Cut the Stoff’n organic oyster mushrooms into strips, sauté them in a pan with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Finally, arrange the mushrooms on the salad, sprinkle with chopped almonds, and for a special flavour experience, add a touch of sweetness with honey or date syrup.
